This kind of four month period offers included virtually any delays as a result of weather or supply issues. This project must be finished on time due to the summer season nearing the end as well as the nice climate will soon be gone. The cost restriction is important since Mr. Johnson does not want to under-figure the task and be left with an unfinished garage. They would like a 24' by 24' garage with electric. Them will need to have dried out wall to them so the small kids do not get in any of the wiring and they will also like to hold shelving to them. The garage will need to have a side door leading into the house or this will defeat the purpose of building the garage to hold their relatives from being exposed to the factors. To make this kind of project happen the Smith's will have to modify their finances to accommodate purchasing the new storage area.
