A STUDY OF STAFF MOTIVATION TECHNIQUES AT MTNL
This research was done for MTNL, Thane as well as the subject with the research was ‘To examine the employee motivation techniques for MTNL'
The aim was to research the important elements which are required to motivate employees, also to examine the effect of monetary and non-monetary benefits provided by the organization on the employee's performance and also to provide the useful suggestion intended for the improvement of organization's overall performance. MTNL provides opportunities because of its managers and staff to adopt a talk about and a larger interest in their particular employment. I might also like to suggest administration at MTNL should have appropriate communication channels between the managers and subordinates. The benefits of numerous schemes must be communicated to the employees. If the employees attain something they have achieved a thing, recognition is appreciation for the achievement.
