The objective of this course should be to identify limitations to powerful communication linked to racial, male or female, cultural, and socioeconomic diversity in the workplace and the community. Pupils will develop a comprehension of why and how diversity issues effect effective interaction. This course presents techniques for improving written, common, and social communication abilities in response to diversity issues.
