The poems " ORPHEUS " and " EURYDICE” by simply Margaret Atwood speaks from the love shared by a Grecian Male referred to as Orpheus wonderful wife Eurydice. It explains to the readers just how Eurydice was manipulated into loving Orpheus through his singing that was used to hypnotize both gods and man. The story then goes on to Declare they were hitched soon after when the marriage was consummated Eurydice was murdered By the viper of a fish, and was sent to the underworld [a place where your life continues following death]to invest the rest of eternity generally there. It starts with telling showing how Orpheus travelled to the underworld in an Effort to bring his partner back to life. To achieve this he will ought to manipulate a god " PLUTO”, the king in the underworld him self. The composition " ORPHEUS (1)”and " EURYDICE” simply by Margaret Atwood gives us a peek of what What the underworld is like. It " ORPHEUS (1)”speaks of some sort of Greek mythology and tells What The composition is supposed to be about. It tells that the stanzas which comply with will be about a male Grecian Therefore the readers will initially get the impression that the composition will be told from Orpheus' perspective, however , upon browsing further you are going to realize that the poem is definitely not being informed from his perspective but from that of Eurydice the love of his life's point of view.
