This point of view has a lengthy intellectual background, beginning with the German sociologist and economist, Max Weber (1864-1920) plus the American thinker, George They would. Mead (1863-1931), both of which emphasized the subjective meaningВ of human behavior, the interpersonal process, and pragmatism.
