The merger of Interclean and Envirotech has had on a fresh outlook and perspective for the industrial cleaning service market. The merger will reveal a new tactical plan and change the focus intended for Interclean. These changes will require changes in task assignments and well as changes in job descriptions. It will have six new positions to fill simply by someone by Interclean or Envirotech. The positions offered are: Vice President of Sales, sales manager, and outside sales staff. These positions will have thorough job explanations. The positions will be stuffed using a few of the selection methods discussed in Chapter six Managing Recruiting. The different methods will help the hiring staff choose the person that will be the best fit for the positioning.
