Introduction

The time is the 1910s: people are moving regarding, working day and night for the next big thing. Areas to be, individuals to meet, new things to experience-this is the fresh era of America. A time where big ideas become real, where America is beginning to be recognized as world leader, these are the times of invention, exhilaration, and unlimited possibilities. Us citizens of this time are always willing to spend money pertaining to entertainment, and even more importantly they are willing to spend money on anything that could possibly make your life easier. America was beginning enter the Professional Revolution, as well as the way America produced merchandise would never always be the same. Leading the Industrial Trend is a young man from Dearborn, Michigan who have dreams of creating a machine which has the ability to move people on your travels faster than ever before. This young man's brand is Henry Ford, fantastic ideas will transform just how America produces goods, plus the way Americans get around around town. Henry Kia, known as the dad of the automobile, is trying to invent his most well-known machine referred to as Ford Version T- the first prevalent man's automobile. In order to make his dream a real possibility Ford necessary a way to develop Model Ts quickly and efficiently, this individual needed a well-oiled, man-powered factory that could make cars as fast as he could promote them. Ford's biggest and a lot famous manufacturer is Honda Motor Company's Highland Park Plant in Highland Recreation area, Michigan. Ford's factory performed and mastered all of his ideas to total potential, and gave a solid blueprint for most factories around America. His ideas of mass production and the accessibility to transportation to everyone would shape the way in which America would develop into a land always on the go. Even though there are other key factories with this time, non-e compared to the mass production, performance and impact of the Version T manufactured in the Kia Motor Company-which changed America's industry and life style also to this day. Prior to the idea of mass production was even existing, products produced in America had been locally manufactured by a neighbor one by one and made to order. This ensured that almost no time or product was ever wasted by producer. Holly Ford, nevertheless , would never generate income if he were to just produce the Ford Unit T 1 by 1 for every person whom came to him asking him for one. Ford knew his invention will be a success, meaning that he would have to produce his product in very large volumes. Ford needed a way of producing his car in a short while, while lessening waste and retaining top quality. An idea came to Ford if he thought of how butchers costume meat in mass amounts. The butchers would finish their job on the meat and then go the meats down to another man in line to perform his job. Honda repurposed this idea and designed what is now proven to workers while an " assembly line”.
