One of the many challenges facing independent pharmacies is competition from bigger chain medical stores and mail order providers. Apex Care Pharmacy is definitely an independent chemist seeking to become more competitive with chain retailers and maximize revenue simply by partnering with Mental Healthcare facilities. Researching the market has says client intake at these types of Mental Overall health facilities provides spiked in recent times with typically 150 consumers per facility. Obtaining business from these types of facilities would be a tremendous opportunity for Apex to improve customer amount and business revenue.

Deliverables for this project contain establishing a long-term alliance with in least 3 Mental Health-related facilities. This endeavor will likely increase chemist revenue by simply servicing the monthly medicine needs of facility consumers. Since Apex is a fairly small establishment, the task team can consist of the Project Director who is the Pharmacy Owner, the Drug-store Manager, the Marketing Rep, the Pharmacist, and the Pharmacy Techs. The Project Manager will oversee the entire task and serve as the final decision maker on all project details. The Marketing Associate will locate and get Mental Healthcare facilities, the Pharmacy Administrator will handle administrative elements, the Druggist will procedure and fill up client medications, and the Chemist Techs will certainly support the Pharmacist in these tasks.

The project will consist of a three period process. Stage 1 calls for the Advertising Rep. researching and tracking down different Mental Healthcare establishments. During Phase 2 the Marketing Associate. will visit and get Mental Well being facilities, including multiple procedure for completion. Period 3 depends upon the progress and completion of Phase 2 and includes preparing and maintenance of client medicine needs. The Pharmacist and Pharmacy technicians will be a key component in completing Phase several which is an on-going method since mental health customers receive medicine on a monthly basis. As Apex's aim is to acquire a partnership with at least three Mental Healthcare services, project stages will be on-going with ongoing monitoring right up until project desired goals are obtained.

Operational goals with this project should be serve consumers effectively and efficiently whilst providing ideal value. This will likely be accomplished through the progress an assembly line including the Pharmacologist and Drug-store Techs operating cooperatively to process prescriptions more efficiently. A highly regarded priority to get Apex is usually to continue to give personalized top quality care for all customers.
